Daniel is a graduate of Syracuse University from the Whitman School of Management with a degree in Marketing and Operations Management. As vice president, he oversees the entire production workflow to support the growth of the company while ensuring a superior client experience. He focuses on strategic planning and continuous process improvement using key performance metrics. In partnership with production managers, Dan strives to identify and implement new training programs, enhanced technology and increased automation.
