Tactics Mar/Apr 2018: Glow-in-the-Dark Substrate

This issue of Tactics Magazine featured a sample of a very special substrate: Alumigraphics GLOW! This photoluminescent, foil-based substrate can be used indoor and out and adheres to rigid surfaces such as concrete, brick, and tile.
