Boston Realty Advisors created this luxurious brochure suite to advertise the exclusive offering of Park Gallery, a suite of apartments located at 77–81 Park Drive in Boston. An 8 page saddle-stitched brochure and a 62 page perfect-bound booklet shared a foil die for their covers, a smart cost-savings choice. Both pieces feature foil stamping applied to 100# Carnival Felt Cover. The interior pages for both pieces were printed digitally on Shawmut’s HP Indigo press.
